You may send Emails from Business Manager.
To send emails, you must have configured the SMTP server under 'Settings'.
- To Compose an Email:

Click 'New -> Mail Message' Menu Item
List Contacts OR Employees. Select a row and right click. Click 'Send Email to...'.
