4.4. Search Result and Editor

Editors are used to define and edit entities like Document, Lead, Employee etc. You can, at the most, edit two entities simultaneously. Should you want to edit the third while both the editors are busy, you'll have to close one of the editor. A busy editor is shown with a form Icon.

Query cache.

Press to clear the query cache.

Click this to copy the contents of the search result grid to the the Clipboard.

Click to save the search result page to a file.

Click to navigate to 'Advance Search' tab.

Displays advance search arguments.

7 (Refresh image)

Refreshes currently displayed query.

Previous/ Next buttons helps you navigate through the search result pages. Yo can set the search result page size in Settings.

Sort Page: Select this and click on a table column. It will sort only the current page.

Sort Query: Select this and click on a table column. It will sort the query results.

Indicates number of rows being shown/ total number of results (rows) the search produced.
