To Login, click on the Application-> Login menu or press CTRL and L keys together.
Follow the Login Wizard as Shown below.
Upon successful Login, Business Manager will open and you'll see a screen as shown below.

Right click is extensively used on grid 1 and 2. Select a row and right click for a context sensitive pop-up menu. Menu contents may change based on the state of the selected row.

Current date and time along with time zone will appear here. It is very important to maintain accurate system date. Date calculations like 'Next 25 days' are performed based on the system date.

Elapsed time since you opened the database (days:hours:minutes).

Application date format. You should key in date (example: Document date, lead date etc..) in this pattern. You can change the date format in settings (Press Ctrl + Shift + S OR Application Menu -> Settings).

Database Server Status. Double Click on this Image to refresh database Status.
Image below indicates a healthy connection to the database.
Image below indicates a disconnected database.

Status messages will appear here. Look here for messages like 'Editors busy'.

Navigation Tree.
Right Click to filter the Navigation Tree.
Double click OR press enter to invoke a menu. Example: Double click OR press enter on 'New Lead'.
