Contacts are third parties to your organization. A contact can be an existing customer or a sales prospect. A Contact represents both external organization and an individual. In case you want to represent an individual, you may want to leave the 'People' field blank while defining a new contact.
Name of the Contact.
Industry to which the contact belongs. Press on the three dots and a window will pop up. Double click (OR press Enter) on a row to make selection.
Classification of a Contact according to a Region. This contact classification is used in 'Region Analysis'. 'New -> Region' helps one create new Region.
People of an Organization (Contact). You can store their phone numbers etc. You may want to leave this blank if contact is an individual.
