Business Manager License Agreement

terms of this Agreement. 

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click "Next", copy, install, 
or otherwise use Business Manager  software. 


DEFINITIONS
------------------------
    
"Licensor" is BUGLE ROCK, a software development firm based in Bangalore, India, the owner 
of the Software, in all forms and all copies thereof.

"Software" means Business Manager  software program files and documentation files 
produced by BUGLE ROCK. 
Third party Libraries used by the Software are produced and owned by their respective owners 
and are governed by their respective licenses.

"License" means this License Agreement.

"Licensee" means the individual or business entity that evaluates 
OR has purchased an Activation Code to use the Software under the terms 
contained in this license.

"Activation Code" is an electronic key required to activate and use the Software
after Software evaluation.

"Removal Code" is an electronic key generated by the Software upon successful
deactivation (removal of activation) of previously activated Software.


LICENSE
------------------------

All rights not expressly granted to the Licensee are reserved by the Licensor.
    
The Software is Licensed and not sold.

Licensor grants Licensee a nonexclusive right to install and use one copy of Software 
on a single computer by a single user in accordance with terms of this License.

Licensor reserves the right to replace, modify or upgrade the software at any time by 
offering the Licensee a replacement or modified version of software and to charge for 
such replacement, modification or upgrade.

Licensee agrees not to disassemble, decompile, decrypt or otherwise reverse engineer 
the Software. 

Licensee shall not rent, lease, reproduce, or otherwise distribute the Software.

In the event Licensee violates any of the provisions of this License, Licensor may 
immediately terminate this License and Licensee agrees to destroy all existing copies 
of the Software after receiving notice of Licensor's termination of this License.


ACTIVATION CODE
------------------------
If prompted for, Licensee understands that a valid software activation code 
is required to activate and use the software after software evaluation. 

If applicable, Licensee understands that a valid software removal code is required to replace an 
activation code. Licensor reserves the right to replace the software activation code 
and to charge for such replacement.


WARRANTY
------------------------

Licensor has no control over the conditions under which Licensee uses the software and 
does not and cannot warrant the performance or results that may be obtained by its use. 
The entire risk as to the suitability and performance of the Software is with the Licensee.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 


LIABILITY
------------------------

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR OR THIRD PARTY LIBRARY OWNERS
BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, 
LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE 
OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE EVEN IF BUGLE ROCK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF 
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. 


GENERAL
------------------------
All aspects whatsoever of this License will be governed by the law of India.

Arbitration of any dispute arising in connection with this License shall take
place in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
