18.1. Lead Search

Find lost leads

  • From the pull down, choose Leads.

  • Locate 'Status' under 'Field' column.

  • Type 'Lost' as value 1.

  • Press Find.

Find leads that were lost before 1-Jan-2005

  • From the pull down, choose Leads.

  • Locate 'Status' under 'Field' column.

  • Type 'Lost' as value 1.

  • Locate 'Won/ Lost Date' under 'Field' column.

  • Choose 'before' in 'Op' pulldown. (Should you want the search to read as 'Find leads that were lost on or before 1-Jan-2005', select 'On Or Bef.').

  • Type Value1 as 1-Jan-2005.

  • Check Strict.

  • Press Find.

Find leads lost before 1-Jan-2005 which were last assigned to Ron Collins

  • From the pull down, choose Leads.

  • Status -> = -> Type Value 1 as Lost.

  • Assigned To -> = -> Type Value1 as Ron.

  • Won/ Lost Date -> Before -> Type Value1 as 1-Jan-2005.

  • Check Strict.

  • Press Find.

Find Active leads of a contact (Acme Corp.)

  • From the pull down, choose Leads.

  • Status -> = -> Type Value 1 as Active.

  • Contact -> = -> Type Value1 as Acme Corp.

  • Check Strict.

  • Press Find.

Find Active leads of either a Contact (Acme Corp.) OR Potential greater than 5,000

  • From the pull down, choose Leads.

  • Status -> = -> Type Value 1 as Active.

  • Potential -> > -> Type Value1 as 5000.

  • Contact -> = -> Type Value1 as Acme Corp.

  • UNCHECK Strict.

  • Press Find.

Find Active leads of a Contact (Acme Corp.) with Potential greater than 5,000

  • From the pull down, choose Leads.

  • Status -> = -> Type Value 1 as Active.

  • Potential -> > -> Type Value1 as 5000.

  • Contact -> = -> Type Value1 as Acme Corp.

  • CHECK Strict.

  • Press Find.
