This section explains Business Manager Document system. Business Manager stores a copy of the document file in the database.
A file on your system (example: invoice.doc on your desktop).

Business Manager database.
Prepare a new file called 'invoice.doc' (1) and save it on your desktop.
Define a 'New Document' in Business Manager and choose 'invoice.doc' as the document file.
Save the Document. (2)
A copy of the 'invoice.doc' file is now stored securely in Business Manager database. (4)
