Define a 'New Document' in Business Manager and choose 'invoice.doc' as the document file.

A copy of the 'invoice.doc' file is now stored securely in Business Manager database. (4)

Note If you now delete the file, 'invoice.doc', residing on your desktop, a copy of it will still be present in the Business Manager database.
