Please uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types' on your system. On Windows XP: Open Windows Explorer. Click 'Tools -> Folder Options' menu. Click 'View' tab. You can find 'Hide extensions for known file types' under 'Advance Settings'. |

Ensure one of the two editor is free.
Click on New -> Document menu.
Document form as shown above will be loaded in the free editor.
Observe fields marked with a *. Example: Title *. These fields are mandatory.
Save Document With Duplicate Titles: If you leave this unckeched, Business Manager will not save this Document if another document with the same title already exists.
Date *: Select the Document date. To use a date picker control, refer this section.
Title *: Key in the Dcoument Title.
Document Type *: Select Document Type. To use an Entity Selector Control, refer this section.

Ref. #: Unique document reference number, if any. Business Manager will assign one if you leave this field blank.
Contact : Contact associated with this Document. Ex: Invoice for 'Customer X'. You would choose 'Customer X' for this field.

File *: Electronic file associated with this Business Manager Document. Click '...' button to select a file. In edit mode, you can press 'S' button to save the file on the local filesystem.

Ensure one of the two editor is free.
Click on List -> Document menu.
Locate the Document that you wish to edit. Click on it and the row will be highlighted. Right Click and press 'Edit Document ...'.
Make changes and press Save. If your input data is valid, Business Manager will Save the changes.

Locate the Document that you wish to delete. Click on it and the row will be highlighted. Right Click and press 'Edit Document ...'.
Review the Document and press Delete. If Document has references (Ex: Lead - Documents), then this Document not be deleted.
