20.5. Contact/ Region Analysis

Analyzes contacts or regions in terms of income (potential of leads won, value of contracts) and expense (visit cost)

Analysis period. Change 'Fin. Year Starts In' in Settings to change the Analysis period.

Percentage contribution of the Contact or Region.

Name of the contact for Contact Analysis. Name of the region for Region Analysis.

Analysis -> Contact Analysis (OR Region Analysis) menu analyzes all Contacts (OR Regions).

To view analysis for a specific Conatct (or Region):

  • List Contacts (OR Regions).

  • Select a Contact (OR a Region) of interest.

  • Right Click and bring up the pop-up menu.

  • Click Contact Analysis for ... (OR Region Analysis for ...).

Menu 'Analysis -> Region Analysis' is a memory intensive operation.

Menu 'Analysis -> Contact Analysis' is a memory intensive operation.
