Chapter 17. Age

Leads

Age = Days elapsed since booking the lead (lead date).

Age 1 = Days remaining for next follow up.

Age 2 = Days elapsed since lead lost or won.

Issues

Age = Days elapsed since booking the Issue. If issue is open, this indicates number of days issue has remained open.

Age 1 = Days remaining for next follow up.

Age 2 = If issue is closed, days elapsed since issue was closed.

Contracts

Age = If contract is yet to take effect, age indicates number of days left for it to take effect.

If contract is in effect, age indicates number of days left for termination.

If contract has terminated, age indicates days since termination.

Visit Schedule

If scheduled date is past (past = yes), age indicates number of days elapsed.

If scheduled date is in the future (past = no), age indicates number of days left for the visit.

Service Call Reminders

Age = If today is past due date, age indicates days elapsed since due date.

If today is before due date, age indicates days till due date.

Service Call Attended

Age = Days elapsed since call was attended.
