Data Access Levels
Access to Issues in the system is determined by the access level of the system user.

Access level matrix
Matrix below shows the privileges associated with the access levels. Example: A System User with Low level access will not be able to create an Issue.

View Issues All/ Any Issues. Issues owned or assigned. Only assigned Issues.

View Party (Customer) Yes. All. All. If the user has Create Issue privilege. Only those Parties/ Customers that are
associated with assigned Issues.

Create a System User

With Chalk application server interface. Select a database file and click New User. Fill in the form and click Save.


With Chalk client browser server interface. Fill in the form and click Save.
