Simple week of year: Simple week of year is solely based on first day of the year (1 Jan). Week 1 = 1-Jan to 7-Jan, Week 2 = 8-Jan - 14-Jan and so on. Simple week of year will be between 1 and 53. In a leap year, week 53 will have two days : 30-Dec and 31-Dec. In a 'Non-Leap year', week 53 will have only one day: 31-Dec.
